Getting started

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something just isn't working — therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Many people come to therapy during life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply when they want to understand themselves better. A free consultation is a great way to explore whether it feels like a good fit.
