I became a therapist because I believe in the profound capacity people have to heal, grow, and build lives that feel meaningful — even after the hardest seasons. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens within relationships, and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools we have. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices — but above all, it's tailored to you. No two people are the same, and neither is the work we do together.
